Mr Splash was one of Malawi’s first TV stars. But his life changed when he tested HIV positive. In this film he tells his story to counsel a young pregnant woman who has just tested HIV positive at an antenatal check-up. The film dispels myths and explains all you need to know about HIV to live positively.

The film is designed to be used as a counselling film in Malawi. It can be shown to people who have recently tested HIV positive or are living with HIV, freeing up counsellor’s time to answer questions and doubts and offer support for all the difficult individual issues people face.
